Today, we are delighted to welcome Adrienne Kelbie CBE as Board Strategy Advisor to our organisation. As a well known and respected face in the nuclear sector and beyond, we’ll be working together to help RBSC grow and develop over the next few years.
Our aspirations are to continue to support genuinely important national projects in Defence and Energy and to continue to attract the most talented people to come on our journey.
Adrienne has already joined our Board, and says “I love working with energetic companies who deliver a quality service, and who want to do well for their people. So, when Dave and Al asked me to share my senior leadership and coaching experience from the nuclear sector and beyond, I couldn’t wait to get started. It’s my pleasure to support them to grow sustainably by developing our team and attracting new and diverse talent to join us.”
