We are absolutely delighted that RB Safety Consultants Ltd have been awarded the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) Gold Award for 2023. The ERS is an important vehicle for recognising Service personnel and Veterans and acknowledging the tremendous input made in all walks of life; Veterans make an enormous contribution to society in their second careers, building on the fantastic work achieved while in the Armed Forces. Today, 93% of our team have enjoyed careers with the Royal Navy, Army and Royal Air Force and it remains our clear goal to utilise, nurture and further develop the skills honed in the Services to continue to deliver really important business essential to supporting UK security today and in the future.
