  • We have delivered complex solutions to major Defence related programmes affecting up to 9 separate and demanding projects, including scheduling, Business Case development and submission to HM Treasury and subsequent management of performance across multiple stakeholder outputs
  • Capability Management Plan development/coordination for key programmes supporting Op Relentless. Delivery of a Change Management Plan and review and reinvigoration of the management process for elements of mandatory submarine safety operating documentation. Provision of detailed equipment/system testing to provide capability assurance and maintenance of SQEP
